in relation to —
(a) a
patient who is admitted by a hospital as an involuntary patient whose
detention at the hospital is authorised under an inpatient treatment order; or
(b) a
patient who is admitted to an authorised hospital as a supervised person
required under the CLMI Act to be detained at the hospital; or
(c) a
patient who is under a community treatment order.
