Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A community
treatment order is an order in force under this Act under which a person can
be provided with treatment in the community without informed consent being
given to the provision of the treatment.
(2) A community
treatment order may be made under section 55(1)(b), 56(1)(a)(ii), 61(1)(b),
72(1)(b), 75(1), 89(2)(b) or 90(1)(a).
