psychiatrist must ensure that the patient’s nominated person is provided
with information referred to in section 266(1)(a) or (c), or involved in a
matter referred to in section 266(1)(b), if no other provision is made under
this Act about who must ensure that the nominated person is provided with that
information or involved in that matter.
