MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 - SECT 278

278 .         Resignation of nominated person

        (1)         A nominated person may resign the nomination by writing signed and given to the person who made the nomination.

        (2)         The resignation takes effect on the later of the following —

            (a)         receipt by the person who made the nomination;

            (b)         the day specified in the resignation.
