psychiatrist must ensure that any carer or close family member of the patient
is provided with information referred to in section 285(1)(a), (c) or (d), or
involved in a matter referred to in section 285(1)(b), if no other provision
is made under this Act about who must ensure that any carer or close family
member is provided with that information or involved in that matter.
