(1) The Director must
establish and maintain —
(a) a
register of complaints reported to the Director under section 309(2); and
(b) a
register of complaints made to the Director under Division 3 Subdivision 3;
and
(c) a
register of matters the subject of a direction to conduct an investigation
under section 341.
(2) Each register must
be established and maintained in the manner determined by the Director.
(3) The form and
contents of each register must be determined by the Director.
