MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 - SECT 39

39 .         No referral without assessment

        (1)         A practitioner cannot refer a person unless the practitioner has assessed the person.

        (2)         Subdivision 4 applies in relation to an assessment required by subsection (1).
