proceeding under this Division are —
(a) the
involuntary patient or the person who was the subject of the treatment order;
and
(b) if
the proceeding relates to an application made under section 398(1) and the
applicant is not the involuntary patient or the person who was the subject of
the treatment order — the applicant.
