(1) A person specified
in subsection (2) may apply to the Tribunal for a review of a decision made
under this Act affecting a person’s rights under this Act.
(2) An application may
be made under subsection (1) by any of these people —
(a) the
person whose right is affected;
(b) a
carer, close family member or other personal support person of the person
whose right is affected;
(c) a
mental health advocate;
(d) any
other person who, in the opinion of the Tribunal, has a sufficient interest in
the matter.
(3) The Tribunal can
only review a decision under subsection (1) if satisfied that the matter
cannot be heard and determined by the Tribunal under another Division of this
Part.
