(1) A person chosen by
the person concerned in a proceeding may be present at a hearing unless the
Tribunal makes an order under section 456(2)(b) excluding the person from the
hearing or a part of the hearing.
(2) The Tribunal may
make an order referred to in subsection (1) on the application of any person
if satisfied that it is not in the best interests of the person concerned for
the person chosen to be present at the hearing or the part of the hearing.
