Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A hearing is not
open to the public unless the State Administrative Tribunal orders that the
hearing or a part of the hearing is open to the public.
(2) The State
Administrative Tribunal may make an order —
(a)
permitting a specified person to be present at a hearing or part of a hearing;
or
(b)
excluding a specified person (including a witness) from a hearing or part of a
hearing.
