investigation of a notifiable incident under section 527(1)(a), the Chief
Psychiatrist —
(a) must
give the person in charge of the mental health service in connection with
which the incident was reported under section 526(2) a written report about
the outcome of the investigation; and
(b) may
include in the report recommendations about that outcome.
