Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subsection (2)
applies if a person was, immediately before commencement day, required to
perform a function in respect of the Board under section 145, 200, 204, 209,
224, 240 or 242.
(2) The person must
perform the function in respect of the Mental Impairment Review Tribunal as
soon as practicable after commencement day.
