An inpatient treatment
order authorises —
(a) the
involuntary inpatient’s admission as an inpatient by —
(i)
the hospital specified in the order; and
(ii)
any authorised hospital to which the patient is
transferred under section 66(1) or 91(2);
and
(b) the
involuntary inpatient’s detention there for the period authorised by
this Act for which the inpatient can be detained under this Act; and
(c) a
person who is prescribed by the regulations for this paragraph to exercise the
powers under section 172 for the purpose of detaining the involuntary
inpatient there.
