MISUSE OF DRUGS ACT 1981 - SECT 20W

20W .         Failure to comply with requirement of authorised officer

                A person who fails to comply, without reasonable excuse, with a requirement of an authorised officer in the exercise of powers conferred on that authorised officer under section 20U(2)(a), (e) or (f) commits a simple offence.
