CEO (Health) has the meaning given to CEO by
section 3 of the Health Legislation Administration Act 1984 .
(2) In any proceedings
under this Act, production of a copy of any code adopted under the
Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 section 132 purporting to be certified by the
CEO (Health) to be a true copy of the code as at any date or during any period
is, without proof of the signature of the CEO (Health), sufficient evidence of
the contents of the code as at that date or during that period.
