Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts In this Act unless the
contrary intention appears —
the 2008 Variation Agreement means the agreement a
copy of which is set out in Schedule 3;
the Agreement means the agreement a copy of which
is set out in Schedule 1 and, if that agreement is altered in accordance with
the provisions thereof, includes the agreement as so altered from time to
time;
the Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy
of which is set out in Schedule 2.
