MINERAL SANDS (COOLJARLOO) MINING AND PROCESSING AGREEMENT ACT 1988 - SECT 4

4 .         Ratification and authorisation

        (1)         The Agreement is hereby ratified.

        (1A)         The 2017 variation agreement is ratified.

        (2)         The implementation of the Agreement is authorised.

        (3)         Without affecting the Government Agreements Act 1979 , the Agreement has effect notwithstanding any other Act or law.
