NATIONAL GAS ACCESS (WA) ACT 2009 - SECT 36

36 .         Section 50 amended

        (1)         In section 50(1) delete “Western Australian Gas Review Board” and insert:

                Western Australian Electricity Review Board

        (2)         After section 50(1) insert:

        (2A)         The Board has functions under the Electricity Industry Act 2004 .
