NATIONAL GAS ACCESS (WA) ACT 2009 - SECT 42

42 .         Section 73 amended

                In section 73(1):

            (a)         delete paragraphs (a) and (c) and insert:

            (a)         by or under the National Gas Access (WA) Act 2009 ; or

            (b)         by or under the Electricity Industry Act 2004 ; or

            (b)         after paragraph (d) delete “and” and insert:

                or
