NATIONAL GAS ACCESS (WA) ACT 2009 - SECT 44

44 .         Section 76 amended

                In section 76:

            (a)         delete “under the Code” and insert:

                in performing functions referred to in section 73(1)

            (b)         delete “local Regulator as defined in section 11.” and insert:

                Economic Regulation Authority established by the Economic Regulation Authority Act 2003 .
