NATIONAL HEALTH FUNDING POOL ACT 2012 - SECT 25

25 .         Exclusion of legislation of this jurisdiction

                The following Acts of this jurisdiction do not apply to or in respect of the Administrator or any function exercised or performed by the Administrator —

            (a)         the Freedom of Information Act 1992 ;

            (b)         the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971 ;

            (c)         the Public Sector Management Act 1994 ;

            (d)         the State Records Act 2000 .
