(1) The Council has
the custody of the common seal of The Trust and the form of that seal and all
other matters relating to the seal shall, subject to this section, be from
time to time determined at a duly constituted meeting of the Council.
(2) The common seal
shall not be used except upon the order of the Council.
(3) Where the common
seal is affixed to an instrument it shall be so affixed in the presence of the
President of The Trust or one of the Vice Presidents of The Trust and of the
Secretary of The Trust and the instrument shall be signed by the President or
one Vice President and the Secretary in whose presence the common seal was so
affixed.
(4) All courts, judges
and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the common seal of
The Trust and shall presume that it was duly affixed.
