NATIVE TITLE (STATE PROVISIONS) ACT 1999 - SECT 1.4

1.4 .         Act binds the Crown

                This Act binds the Crown —

            (a)         in right of Western Australia; and

            (b)         so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, in all its other capacities.
