An exploration licence
holder must —
(a) keep
whatever records and samples; and
(b) give
whatever records and samples to the Minister for inspection; and
(c) make
whatever returns,
are necessary to
comply with —
(d) the
regulations; or
(e) the
licence conditions; or
(f) a
direction given by the Minister under section 387.
Note: Under sections 386 and 387 the Minister may
direct a person to keep records and samples, to give records and samples to
the Minister, and to make returns.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
