OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 2003 - SECT 167

167 .         Matters that may be taken into account

                In determining whether to renew the licence, the Minister may have regard to —

            (a)         whether mining activities are commercially viable in the retention licence area; and

            (b)         whether the applicant has complied with —

                  (i)         this Act; and

                  (ii)         the regulations; and

                  (iii)         any licence conditions.
