Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may
provisionally grant a mining licence to an applicant who has done what is
required by sections 221 to 223.
(2) When provisionally
granting a licence under subsection (1), the Minister must follow the
procedure and apply the criteria specified in the tender block licence notice
published for the licence under section 218.
(3) If the Minister
refuses to grant a licence under subsection (1) the Minister must give the
applicant notice of the refusal.
