OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 2003 - SECT 323

323 .         Minister may grant special purpose consent

                If the applicant does what is required by sections 318 to 321, the Minister may —

            (a)         grant a special purpose consent to the applicant; or

            (b)         refuse the application.
