OFFSHORE MINERALS ACT 2003 - SECT 346

346 .         Withdrawal of caveat

        (1)         A caveat holder may withdraw the caveat at any time by lodging a written withdrawal with the Minister.

        (2)         The Minister must —

            (a)         register details of the withdrawal; and

            (b)         endorse details of the withdrawal on the original of the caveat; and

            (c)         keep the original of the withdrawal.
