(1) If a person is
dissatisfied with a determination by the Minister under section 352, the
person may appeal to the Supreme Court against the determination.
(2) Written notice of
an appeal under subsection (1) must be given to the Minister.
(3) In any proceedings
under this section —
(a) the
Minister may appear; or
(b) if
the Supreme Court so directs, the Minister must appear.
(4) On hearing an
appeal under subsection (1), the Supreme Court may affirm, revoke or amend the
determination of the Minister.
