(1) A person must not,
without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a request under section 367,
368, 369, 370 or 371.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(2) A person is not
excused from complying with the request on the ground that complying with the
request might tend to incriminate the person or make the person liable to a
penalty.
Note:
Section 373 provides
immunity for the response to the request.
(3) A person must not
give false or misleading information —
(a) in
response to a request under section 367, 368, 370 or 371; or
(b) in
response to a question asked under section 369(1).
