(1) If the WAIRC is
satisfied that it is in the public interest, it may direct either or both that
—
(a) any
evidence given before the Commission;
(b) the
contents of any document produced to the Commission,
on an appeal must not
be published or must not be published except in such manner, and to such
persons, as the Commission specifies.
(2) A person must not
make a publication in contravention of a direction given under this section.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months and a fine of
$4 000.
