PROCUREMENT ACT 2020 - SECT 8

8 .         Procurement to which Act applies

        (1)         This Act applies to the procurement of goods, services or works by a State agency.

        (2)         This section does not limit any express provisions of this Act that relate to procurement by authorised bodies.
