PORT AUTHORITIES ACT 1999 - SECT 108

108 .         Not obeying s. 104 or 106 direction, offence

                A person who without reasonable excuse (proof of which lies on that person) does not comply with a direction under section 104 or 105 commits an offence.

        Penalty: $20 000.
