PORT AUTHORITIES ACT 1999 - SECT 112

112 .         Hindering harbour master etc., offence

                A person who hinders a harbour master, or a person acting under the direction of a harbour master, in the exercise of the powers in section 107 or 109 commits an offence.

        Penalty: $10 000.
