PORT AUTHORITIES ACT 1999 - SECT 5
5 . Port
authorities not to be regarded as agents of Crown for purposes of State
laws
For the purposes of
any law of the State, a port authority is to be regarded as not being an agent
of the Crown and does not have the status, immunities and privileges of the
Crown.
