Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) In this Division

approved , in relation to a pilot, means approved
under section 96;
under compulsory pilotage , in relation to a
vessel, means under the control of a pilot as required by section 97.
(2) A reference in
this Division to a port includes a reference to any area that is outside the
port and is declared by the regulations to be associated with the port and to
be an area in which pilotage services are to be used.
(3) This Division
applies to vessels —
(a)
moving in a port in the course of entering or leaving the port; or
(b)
moving between places in a port.
