PETROLEUM AND GEOTHERMAL ENERGY SAFETY LEVIES ACT 2011 - SECT 11

11 .         Payment of safety levy

        (1)         An amount of safety levy becomes due and payable on the day specified in, or worked out in accordance with, the regulations.

        (2)         A safety levy is payable to the CIPS.
