PAWNBROKERS AND SECOND-HAND DEALERS ACT 1994 - SECT 84

84 .         Offence of hindering police

                A person must not delay, obstruct or otherwise hinder a member of the Police Force in the performance of the member’s functions under this Act.

        Penalty: $2 000.
