Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The
Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings) Act 2004 and the Magistrates
Court’s rules of court apply to and in respect of proceedings under
sections 85 and 86.
(2) Nothing in
section 85 or 86 affects any right of a person affected by an order made under
either of those sections to take proceedings to recover possession of goods in
respect of which the order is made but the proceedings must be commenced
within 6 months after the day the order is made.
