Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person aggrieved
by a finding of the Commissioner on an investigation conducted under
section 19ZB(1)(a) may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review
of the finding.
(2) An application
under subsection (1) must be made within 28 days after the person is notified
of the finding for which the review is sought.
(3) For a review under
this section, the State Administrative Tribunal must be constituted by a
judicial member as defined in the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004
section 3(1).
(4) A finding of the
Commissioner on an investigation conducted under section 19ZB(1)(a) is taken
to be a decision for the purposes of the
State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 Part 3 Division 3.
