Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) For the purposes
of conducting an investigation under this Act, the Commissioner may, at any
time, enter any premises occupied or used by any department or authority to
which this Act applies, and inspect those premises or anything for the time
being therein.
(2) For the purposes
of conducting an investigation under Division 3B, the Commissioner may, at any
time, enter any premises occupied or used by any relevant entity, and inspect
those premises or any thing for the time being in those premises.
