As soon as is
practicable after deciding the application, the Minister must give the
applicant a written notice stating —
(a) the
decision and the reasons for it; and
(b) if
the Minister decides to pay compensation —
(i)
details of the amount and how the amount was assessed;
and
(ii)
if the amount is less than the amount claimed, that the
applicant may apply for a review of the decision, and how the applicant may
apply for the review;
and
(c) if
the Minister decides not to pay compensation, that the applicant may apply for
a review of the decision, and how the applicant may apply for the review.
