(1) As soon as is
practicable after completing an inquiry, the inquirer must prepare a written
report relating to the inquiry and give the report to the Minister.
(2) The report must
include —
(a) the
inquirer’s findings and conclusions from conducting the inquiry; and
(b) any
recommendations that the inquirer wishes to make arising from the inquiry and
the reasons for those recommendations; and
(c) any
other matters prescribed by the regulations.
(3) As soon as is
practicable after receiving the report, the Minister must cause a copy of it
to be laid before each House of Parliament.
