other power of a court to award costs, a court that hears proceedings for an
offence under this Act has power to make the orders that it thinks fit in
respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the examination,
seizure, detention, storage, analysis, destruction or other disposition of
anything the subject of those proceedings.
