Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person to whom a
certificate of authority is issued under section 30 and who ceases to be an
authorised officer must, as soon as practicable, return the certificate to the
enforcement agency that issued the certificate.
(2) A person who
contravenes subsection (1) without reasonable excuse, the onus of proving
which is on the person, commits an offence.
Penalty for an offence under this subsection: a
fine of $1 000.
