Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts An applicant for, or
for the renewal of, an activity licence, or the holder of an activity licence,
may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of a decision of
the appropriate enforcement agency that relates to —
(a) the
grant or refusal of the application for, or for the renewal of, the licence;
or
(b) the
imposition of conditions on the licence on the application being granted; or
(c) the
variation of conditions of the licence; or
(d) the
suspension or cancellation of the licence.
