Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) This Act applies
to any private hospital howsoever founded or maintained (whether wholly or
partly by or under governmental authority or otherwise), but does not apply to
a hospital used exclusively in connection with a prison.

(3) The Minister may
by notice published in the Gazette declare that any institution is not a
nursing home for the purposes of this Act.
