PROPERTY LAW ACT 1969 - SECT 109

109 .         Dependent limitations

        (1)         A limitation, that itself complies with the rule against perpetuities, is not invalidated solely by reason of its being preceded by one or more invalid limitations, whether or not it expressly or by implication, takes effect after, or subject to, or is dependent upon, those invalid limitations or any of them.

        (2)         Where a limitation is invalid as infringing the rule against perpetuities, any subsequent valid limitation is thereby accelerated.
