(1) All lands and all
interests therein lie in grant and are incapable of being conveyed by livery
or livery and seisin, or by feoffment, or by bargain and sale.
(2) A conveyance of an
interest in land may operate to pass the possession or right to possession
thereof, without actual entry, but subject to all prior rights thereto.
(3) The use of the
word “grant” is not necessary to convey land or to create any
interest therein and any word or words that was or were prior to the
commencement of this subsection, sufficient in law to convey land or to create
any interest therein or any other word or words evidencing an intention to
convey land or create any interest therein is or are sufficient for the
purpose.
